Refund Policy

You may request for a refund and/or cancellation within 24 hours of placing a product order. If returning, return shipping is paid by the customer. There are absolutely no refunds on custom commissioned products.

There are no refunds on Knots & Coffee Shots Classes. In certain circumstances credit can be extended toward another class in the future.
